Buti Maifadi

BUTI MAIFADI discovered his love for dance in the streets but in 2012 his passion led him to studying arts and his dream of becoming a professional dancer resulted in him being intrigued by musical theatre. MAIFADI choreographed and performed his solo dance piece at the South African State Theatre. He was recently a cast member of Ingoma for the World Choir games and also a cast member of the Naledi Award Winning musical, Marikana. Buti has done collaborative work with renowned artists such as, Siyabonga Shange (UZALO), Zama Ngcobo (UZALO) and Thulani Shange (Durban Gen) to name a few. Some of his accomplishments and versatility led him to performing at Dubai Global Village as lead and international dancer with African Footprint.
